The Shrine of Guardian Shamaoun/Shimon/Simon(pbuh)

It is a Sacred Place located in the village Shama, close to Nakhora. He is one of followers of Jesus.
St. Simon, like the other Apostles, is regarded as a saint by the Roman Catholic Church, the Eastern Orthodox Churches, the Oriental Orthodox Churches, the Eastern Catholic Churches, the Anglican Church and the Lutheran Church.
The most curious is that this Shrine is not a church but a mosque where muslims go and pray. Some believe that he passed there, but the Religious Leader responsible for this Shrine, Sayed Ahmad Fakhereddine, said  has a great probability of him being buried there, because he lived there.
